I can’t believe I’m saying this, but fall is here. Yeah, bye bye summer, hello school and falling leaves. As you already know, it’s #BackToSchool time, so I prepared a couple of posts to help you get ready for this occasion.
I honestly miss school already, so if you’re lucky enough to go to college or university this year, enjoy it and make the best of these days. It’s much harder when you get to the real life, with jobs, responsibilities and sacrifices. So now it’s time to discover your passions, to learn, read, make friends and have fun.
I wish someone had told me when I was younger that life is much easier when you’re a high-school girl. Puberty, gossip, love dramas… trust me, all these things fade away with time. They might seem important now, but I promise, in a few years you’ll laugh about it.
Soo, now it’s time to think about the outfits you’ll want to wear at school. The easiest choice is picking a pair of jeans, a white t-shirt and sneakers. But if you want something different, I think today’s outfit can be a good idea.
I wore a fringed black skirt from New Yorker, paired with a long-sleeved cotton blouse and some black ankle boots (both from H&M). Just a few simple accessories complete the look: a choker (the must-have item of the year), a silver watch (so you will never be late at class again), and a large bag (to fit it everything you need at school). Who says you can’t be well-dressed and comfortable at the same time?
As for the make-up, you don’t need too much, just a bit of CC cream, mascara and bronzing powder. You can go crazy with the lipstick color though, and dark burgundy is a great choice.

Soon I will post a new outfit idea in the #BackToSchool series, so stay tuned 🙂
What do you think about this look? Would you wear it at school?

This look is awesome! I love adding a little edge to an outfit and that skirt definitely does it. A little something to set a unique tone to the year. Love it!

Hi Dannie, thanks for stopping by! I’m glad you like it, I’ve been wearing this skirt a lot since I bought it. It does have a special twist, and since I’m a huge fan of fringed everything… it was an easy choice ❤ Kisses
This is the perfect outfit to transition between summer and autumn!
Thank you, glad to hear that! ❤ Kisses
