Hello there, lovely people! This will be a pretty short post, I just want to give you some updates about this blog and what my blogging plans are for the future. You know the deal: new year, new me?

Well, I won’t wait until New Year’s Eve to make the changes that I want. I believe in this blog, I have big hopes and dreams and many ideas to make it better, and I am working on it every single day.

From now on, I will be writing my posts only in English (of course, I will make an exception in certain cases, if the subject is of interest exclusively to my Romanian audience). After thinking a lot about it, weighting the pro’s and con’s of this choice, I decided it’s the best way to improve the readability of the posts. This will also make it easier for me to write more content and to post a lot more often. So although it was a tough call, I am ready to go all the way in.

Also, I will turn my Weekly Reads into a monthly series, because finding awesome things to read every week takes a lot of time. I am also a bit too selective, so I figured that collecting and sharing more links once every month would be a better move.

Last, but not least, in a few days I will change my blog theme, because I feel like the layout needs an upgrade as well. I want something simple, beautiful and user-friendly, so I hope I will manage to achieve that with the new theme.

Big plans and big steps ahead. I want to thank you all for joining me in this journey. I appreciate every single comment, I am always happy to receive your feedback, so I hope we will grow together and turn this blog into a permanent source of beauty and fashion inspiration.

And to make this post a little less boring, I also wanted to show you my Christmas tree 🙂 It’s artificial and it’s really small, because I don’t have much space in my apartment, but I absolutely love it. I chose blue, red and silver decorations this year.

Underneath the tree you can see a part of my gifts. I need to review the OPI set asap, these nail polishes are gorgeous! And I am very happy I finally managed to buy myself a new phone, so now I can spam you on Snapchat (@ bloggerissa) and Instagram even more.

With that being said, you should probably keep an eye on my blog this week, because I will post some Christmas outfit ideas and a new make-up look.
