November Favorites

Long time no favorites, I know. But I’ve been using these products a lot in November, so they definitely deserve to be in the spotlight for today’s post. I looove them, they are all easy to use, affordable and they deliver amazing results. So let’s talk about my November Favorites!

Avon Nail Experts 5 in 1 Nail Treatment

I use to apply this nail treatment as the first step in my manicure, because it’s a perfect base for the nail polish. You can also use it as a top coat or simply as a transparent nail enamel. The fancy description of this product is “super-glossy polish that strengthens, protects, nourishes, prevents peeling and acts as a stain-resistant primer.” And yep, I agree, it probably does all of that!

I rarely get broken nails now, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of this little guy 🙂 You should try it, it’s very affordable and efficient.

Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lipstick (077 Asia)

This is one of the most beautiful shades of nude I ever tried. It’s a creamy lipstick, super hydrating, pigmented and easy to apply. Not to mention I paid only 10 (!) RON for it. Ha ha, what can I say, I love bargains.

Although it’s not long-lasting, it does stay on the lips for at least a few hours, if you use a lip pencil as a base. Of course, I always get some lipstick on my teeth, but that’s my curse, so I don’t blame the lipstick 😂

Also, you should know that the color compliments absolutely any type of make-up, I swear. It looks gorgeous with smokey eyes, with graphic liner, with a colorful eye make-up, you name it. Best bang for the buck you could get ❤️

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age Eraser Eye Concealer

I’m sad because I almost finished this concealer and I can’t repurchase it from Romania, so I’ll have to place an order on an international site (maybe Beauty Bay or Feel Unique, I don’t know yet).

What can I say, it’s an amazing concealer. Medium to high coverage, creamy texture, blends in the skin easily. And it doesn’t crease! It’s perfect to cover up the under-eye circles. I didn’t notice major improvements when it comes to hiding blemishes, but that’s not its purpose anyways.

I picked the Light shade last summer when I got it, and it’s perfect if you have white skin with yellor or neutral undertones. The application system is also quite nice.

L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes Feline Mascara

I love the curved brush, the pigmentation and the volume effect of this mascara. I can say it has become one of my favorites, alongside the Maybelline Lash Sensational one. (Btw, I just realized I haven’t done a review for Lash Sensational yet, so let me know if you’d be interested to read it.)

Back to the Feline Mascara: well, it’s a great choice if you want dark black & voluminous lashes. I’m impressed by the ease of application, I don’t get dirty with it and the brush gets even to the smallest lashes in the inner corner. And I love the consistency – it contains Argan and Camelia oil, so it coats the lashes evenly, without any clumping or flaking.

Benefit Hoola Bronzing Powder

And last but not least, I’m a big fan of the Hoola bronzer from Benefit. I know, it was quite expensive, but it actually does pay off in time. I use it very often, almost every time I do my make-up, and I still have a lot left. So I’m sure I’ll be using it for many more months to come.

I made a more detailed review for this product recently, if you’re curious. But I can tell you it has the perfect shade for contouring and warming the skin, it’s super easy to use and you can’t really make mistakes with it. Yes, you need to insist a bit if you want a more dramatic effect, because it’s not highly pigmented, but that’s what I like about it. We all know how easy it is to go overboard and mess up 😂

Did you try any of these products before? And what were your November favorites? 😀
