Ladies, I think I found the most resistant liquid lipstick ever. I’m not kidding, it lasted for 10-12 hours on my lips every time I wore it so far. So yeah, I’m surprised and glad I found it.

Let me tell you the whole story. This lipstick was recently launched by Makeup-Shop, a very popular online store in Romania, and it’s one of the best make-up products I got my hands on.

I was very excited to see the 9 beautiful colors available, so I tried to do a little research about “Boys’n’Berries”, but nothing came up. No swatches, no reviews, no nothing, which made it slightly weird (but it also made it clear that it’s something new).

So I placed an order and chose a bright, neon color, called Dazzler. It’s a beautiful fuchsia shade that really stands out, but it’s still wearable on a daily basis (if you are brave). It looks fabulous with smokey eyes, with neutral shades, with a graphic cat-eye, with any look actually.

And yes, it’s very resistant. After a full-day at work, 3 meals, 2 coffees, lots of water and almost 12 hours later: it’s still there.

For the first few hours it looks flawless, with a beautiful velvet finish; after half-a-day it still has a great coverage, almost as good as new; and at the end of the day, it still has a decent coverage, the color just fades towards the edges. No, it’s not perfect after 12 hours, but have you met any lip stain that lasts that long? I haven’t.

Does it dry my lips? Yes, a bit, but not as much as a usual lip stain. Also, it’s slightly sticky at first, but the sensation disappears soon.

It’s easy to apply, and it has a special applicator which allows you to cover up the whole surface, without messing everything up. You need a quick light layer for a good coverage, and it dries off pretty fast. Also, it’s very pigmented.

Since it has a matte finish, you should make sure that your lips are properly hydrated before applying it, or else it will highlight any thin lines / imperfections.

Other beautiful Boys’n’Berries colors worth trying: Poison Ivy (a gorgeous vivid purple shade), Red Sonja (the perfect red lipstick shade) and Chastity (a lighter pink, suitable for almost any skin type).

If you are from Romania, you can easily order the product here. But as far as I know, Makeup-Shop only makes deliveries on the country territory, so this would not be available for other regions.

However, from what I saw on some other bloggers, these can be compared with the Kat Von D lip stains, or with Sleek Matte Me.  So you could probably achieve similar results with one of these two.

I’ll be wearing this liquid lipstick a lot in the future months, I am definitely very pleased with it and I plan to buy other shades as well.
